A New Twist on Appliance Efficiency

Mr. Green takes a look at the new agreement between the Association of Home Appliance Manufacturers and the American Council for an Energy Efficient Economy. The agreement marks a new development in which manufacturers and non-governmental organizations are working together to set efficiency objectives.
